Operator - Aztec Hull

The primary role of the operator is to ensure that all work undertaken is to the required quality, on time and to cost as appropriate/defined by the Team Leader and/or his Manager

The individual will be required to comply with the information/drawings for the work to be undertaken and to operate equipment in a manner that ensures that colleagues/premises are safe and that the premises are suitably clean and the company’s day- to-day activities can be performed unhindered

General processes will also require to be carried out that may include loading/unloading, cleaning, spraying etc. as well as kitting parts and preparing items for collection/delivery

In order to support the business and/or personal development of the job holder, other work may/will be allocated, short term, based on a skills assessment carried out by the Manufacturing Manager

Working Hours 

Core Hours: 38 hours a week
Core Times: 7:30 till 16:00 Mon/Thurs
and 7:30 till 13:30 on a Friday
The management team reserve the right to vary these core times in order to suit business needs via the introduction of flexible working hours
