There are a wide range of skills needed to produce blades, assemble component parts then install and commission a wind turbine. This means that we need a variety of Engineers both in our Hull blade factory and offshore.
Big components such as turbine blades need to stand up to the harsh offshore environment for many years so it’s important that our Process Improvement Engineers and Lean Specialists possess advanced skills to ensure our product, processes and working environment are excellent.
Our specialist blade production equipment requires Fitters and Engineers who can install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair. We will need to take on people who not only have the required skills but who also have the flexibility to travel to Denmark for training and familiarisation.
Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the daily maintenance of machinery tools and other plant equipment to ensure all are in an optimum state of repair with maximum operating efficiency and minimum downtime.
