About the programme

The Renewable Msc Graduate Programme will be a 3 year Graduate Apprenticeship Scheme across Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Engineering and Sales & Projects. During this time, you will have 3 rotations to give you exposure to the various functions and learn from the best talent in renewable energy. You will also be given training to work Offshore and this will involve European Travel.

Within Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, you will work towards understanding the goal of achieving excellent and being equipped with the baseline skills to prevent/mitigate QEHS issues.

Your time with Engineering will help you understand design processes, Bills of Material, Manuals and Instructions. Finally, within Sales and Projects you will collaborate with various functions to understand how we work with customers and build strong cross business and industry knowledge.

About you

You will be an enthusiastic Graduate with a minimum 2:1 Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Marine and be in your final year of study. You will be someone who has a passion for the renewable energy industry and is a great problem solver.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be analytical in your approach.

As this role requires working at Height, you must be physically able and willing to do so, including occasionally travelling in a Helicopter.
