The Spencer Group has positions ready and waiting for top notch individuals to join our growing business in exciting roles within business improvement.
To grow your skills and ambitions this role provides a rotation across three key business critical projects that require your innovation and drive to create optimum solutions to problems and the confidence and charisma to inspire change across the business. Upon completion of your 3 key projects you will be ready to take up a managerial position within the spencer group.
Current projects include:
- Help us become the engineering business of choice by delivering best in class performance in health, safety, quality, environment and sustainability
- Help us to become a top 100 employer
- Help us to “make the boat go faster” as part our performance improvement initiative
