General Administration Assistant / Customer Service Apprenticeship

Colt Construction is a well-established local based construction company who have building, property, maintenance and design projects taking place all across the country.

They are looking for an apprentice to provide excellent administration and customer service support to all their customers and colleagues.

Weekly wage: £129.50

Working week: to be confirmed, will include 1 day a week in the training centre.

Total hours per week: 35.00

Apprenticeship duration: 13 months

Possible start date:  21 May 2018

Apprenticeship level:  Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

They are looking for an apprentice to provide excellent administration and customer service support to all their customers and colleagues.

They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and is able to work as part of a team, as well as on their own initiative. They will have good attention to detail and able to follow instructions carefully. The role includes meeting and greeting customer’s face to face, distributing internal and external mail and general office duties such as photocopying and filing. This role would suit someone who is pro-active with a polite telephone manner.

This is an excellent opportunity to someone looking to start their career in customer service and administration, with genuine prospects to progress to an advanced apprenticeship and full time position.
