First Line Support Apprentice

To deliver School Information Management System (SIMS) support to schools, via telephone, remote support and service desk. To solve customer issues of a technical nature and instruct on software usage. To log and update service desk calls, update customers and escalate calls where necessary.

Weekly wage: £148.00 (Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship)

Total hours per week: 40

Expected duration: 13 months

Possible start date: 10 Dec 2018
